Meet the Team
The Ezra Nolan Foundation was born out of a need to ensure all families have access to optimal birth outcomes. We set out to build an organization dedicated to improving birth outcomes for families across the globe, provide support for families of low birth weight infants, and endeavor to engage in research that contributes to maternal health and birth success.
Elisha R. Oliver, PhD (Founder & Research Scientist) Elisha brings more than twenty-five years of non-profit management experience to the organization. Elisha is known for her innovative research in bio-cultural anthropology, specifically maternal and infant health. She and her research team focus on promoting equitable access to healthcare, food equity, and health education. Elisha's team is dedicated to contributing to the erasure of maternal care deserts.
Charles H. Oliver, MBA (Executive Director) Charles oversees all aspects of the Ezra Nolan organization. The Ezra Nolan team is a small team. Charles has over thirty years of experience in Business Management and has a wealth of experience in nonprofit policies and procedures.
Timothy E. Brown (Communications & Marketing Director) Tim leads our organization's efforts in enhancing organization visibility, serves as a liaison between the community and our team, and creates communication platforms that benefit the families we serve.
